Job requirements:
High school or University degree
Knowledge/understanding of Windows operating systems, knowledge of Linux is an advantage
Technical knowledge for internet, TV, telephony and mobile devices
Exceptional telephone etiquette, patient and diligent
Knowledge/understanding of IT equipment / Diverse PC knowledge
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Team work
Analytical skills
Multitasking and proactivity
Personality: preciseness & accuracy, confidentiality, flexibility, communication skills, analytical skills
In peak times prepared to work longer hours / stress-resistant.
Good communication skills.
