OFFICE MANAGER / FINANCE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient running of the office on daily basis
- Performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests and answering calls
- Administration of documentation and email flow, post management
- Correspondence with other departments within the company and external parties
- Answers question and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
- Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
- Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
- HR and other database administration, entering data, processing and following up, preparing reports, formatting and translating document
- Assistance in organising promotional, training and other events
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School / University degree
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- Excellent knowledge of business correspondence
- Proactiveness, flexibility, responsiveness, politeness
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
