The company H4 is a London-headquartered fintech startup founded in 2015, building a cloud-based web application focused on the global investment banking industry. H4 has offices in London, New York and Skopje. H4 Services DOOEL, is the company’s Macedonian subsidiary, and is located in downtown Skopje, Macedonia. 
 
With a team of approximately 40 people currently, the company is working closely with several of the world’s most prestigious global financial institutions. The company’s senior executives have collectively over 30 years’ experience across debt and equity capital markets, investment banking, private equity and corporate senior management.

Front Desk / Office Manager
 
Front Desk and Office Manager is a position that requires a high level of professionalism in performing all office management duties and help with administration and other duties related to the Skopje office of H4. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ordering, maintenance, regular daily checks of supplies, answering phone, receiving packages and mail, receiving guests, scheduling appointments etc.
  • Helping administration with any paperwork that needs to be filed, filled or printed / scanned
  • Helping with accounting firm and organization of documentation
  • Implementing changes with physical security schedules and communication with physical security company for any daily changes
  • Working with cloud based platforms
  • Implementing good working practices
  • Working with long distance teams in various time zones
  • Dealing with confidential information
Skills and Key Experience:
  • Fluency in English (proficient business level for writing, reading and speaking)
  • Detail and task oriented
  • Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General computer knowledge and use/ Internet literacy and use
  • Professional email communication
  • Teamwork and coordination of tasks and duties
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management
  • Professional attitude in working environment
  • Understanding of legal documents and contracts is a plus
  • Experience with a workflow process management system is preferred
  • College Degree Required is a plus
Working Days and Hours:
Monday – Friday, from 12:00 to 20:00
