HR Specialist
Areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for effective Recruitment and Employment Process
- Expatriation management
- Workforce Planning
- Preparation of HR reports
- Responsible for the organizational structure
- Prepares personnel developmental programs
- Monitors HR Budget and HR Controlling indicators
- Preparation of the job description for all positions
- Communicates the needs with Management Team
- Support the employees with services and counseling
- Prepares the annual training plan according business needs
- Creates and maintain policies according to local laws and demands
- Coordinates and communicates the Performance Management process
- Prepares different workforce planning programs (job rotation; replacements etc.)
- Preparation of different talent solutions for improvement of the performance
Your profile:
- Completed study in Business Economy, Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Three or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions, including experience in recruitment, training & development, Talent Management System and HR programs.
- Good knowledge of the organization design
- Good knowledge in People development, Organizational behavior and Labor law
- Good skills in MS office applications and HRIS systems
- Project and personnel management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
- Excellent communicational skills, Resourceful and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
