An excellent Digital Marketing Expert within the Marketing department must be sharp-minded, effective communicator, able to think creatively and innovatively and be familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Expert is expected to identify and develop new, efficient digital marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage efficient digital marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates in line with the overall communication strategy
Create content for realization of email marketing campaigns
Write, optimize and regular update of the corporate website content
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify new trends in digital marketing, particularly developments in mobile marketing and propose new technologies opportunities
Actively participate in preparation of other communication activities related to both online and offline channels
Constantly monitoring the competition’s communication activities and proactively suggesting improvements and innovations
Cooperating with other teams within Marketing department and other departments within the company with the goal to employ synergy effects, wherever possible;
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Performing other tasks related to marketing activities requested by direct superior, if needed
Job Requirements
University degree preferably in Economics/Marketing/E-business;
Adwords certification and Google analytics certification
At least 3 year of relevant experience in digital marketing;
Understanding of digital communication trends and practices;
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Social Media campaigns
Project management skills;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
Computer skills (MS Office mandatory);
Strong analytical and reporting skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong attention to details;
Decision making and problem solving skills;
Proactive, initiative, confidential and kind personality.
