Vacancy: Planning and Customer Service Manager (Менаџер за планирање и услуги на клиенти)

We are looking for an experienced Planning and Customer Service Manager (Менаџер за планирање и услуги на клиенти) to join the Supply Chain team for management of all planning, customer service and purchasing related activities within Skopje plant.
The successful candidate will be part of the management team in defining and leading the strategic growth within the supply chain activity relating to the Skopje site.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that that planning team are working towards minimum disruption of customer supply.
- Maintain optimally efficient inventory of production materials.
- Creates planning studies and generates reports and proposals about new products, programs, toll-in/out, transfer plans against site’s capacity and capabilities.
- Facilitate the timely introduction of new products by supporting both the Regional Commercial and Technology departments with information on raw materials and production timings - making sure that these are sufficiently well planned to make parts in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure that the Planning, Customer Service and Purchasing teams are trained and able to perform their jobs is in line with the business expectations, implementing supervision, coaching or performance/discipline procedures where appropriate.
- Ensuring that the procurement process is optimised, fully compliant with JM policies and practises and implemented across all departments to ensure, timely and efficient ordering, delivery and payment.
- Continually seek to improve the supplier selection and management process, ensuring that all purchasing activities are carried out transparently in line with procedural requirements and divisional best practices.
- Accountable for the operation of the Customer Service department within JMMK, including all aspects related to customers (deliveries, invoicing, pricing, customer support etc.), internal departments (Finance, Quality, Logistics, Production etc.) and external JM departments, particularly the regional Sales offices.
- Coordination of common commercial activities and systems with other JM sites, particularly in the region.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- University degree in either a business administration or supply chain related discipline
- Five to ten years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Attention to numerate detail
- Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office System and SAP
- Fluency in English
- Excellent supplier/customer oriented communication skills
- Ability to understand new business ideas and concepts, and to cascade these down to team members.
- Coaching and growing team members, providing support, guidance and expertise to department members, both direct reports and indirect team members.
