Technical Assitant Plant Management - Project Coordination (m/f)
In order to support the Plant Coordination department at our factory in Kavadarci, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Mission:
- Conducts analyses for optimization (e.g. value stream analyses, six sigma analyses etc.)
- Provides training of simple methods (e.g. Lean tools, planning methods, optimization methods etc.)
- Plans and realizes production processes for existing and new products, using knowledge of almost all production processes
- Carry out optimization projects for existing series
- Creates specifications and lean production concepts
- Creates production schedules, including standard time calculations
- Creates process flows and optimization of existing
- Creates and optimize production layouts
- Plans, procures and starts up equipment
- Creates and implements cycle times for production cells
- Plans and optimize lead times
Profile:
- University degree with technical background (mechanical engineering, electro technical engineering , informatics, traffic)
- Professional experience in automotive industry at least 3 years
- Fluency in English language (German knowledge preferred)
