Process Engineer
Position responsibilities and duties:
- Providing and maintaining technical documentation and process instructions necessary for the flow of technological processes and production activities;
- Tracking and analyzing production scrap (failure mode analysis and root cause determination).
- Training machine operators according to work instructions, supporting them through the production process, and tracking their progress and efficiency;
- Providing guidelines for aligning production process in compliance with established quality standards;
- Checking the quality of raw materials used;
- Preparing product samples for testing;
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output;
- Manage cost and time constraints.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Experience in 3D-modelling with CAD techniques (Solidworks);
- Preferably experience in production of sheet metal and plastic parts;
- Good understanding of technological processes, input materials and end products;
- Evaluate product non-conformances and recommend design modifications;
- Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all functions.
- Being proactive and responsible;
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
