Clean Air Division supplies one third of all catalysts fitted to cars around the world and is a leading producer of catalysts for trucks and buses too. We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
We are now seeking a pro-active Project Coordinator to join our Washcoat team. The successful candidate will use their technical, organisational and analytical skills to drive consistent and efficient projects
Key responsibilities:
- Leading projects of washcoat team regarding process improvements, equipment testing and relevant KPI`s improvement
- Identifying, planning and implementation of improvement projects
- Driving improvement in standards in all aspects of the washcoat activities and outputs
- To be able to write procedures and Risk assessments related with the procedures
- To help build a team environment that facilitates continuous improvement of current standards using LEAN tools; proactively sustaining all improvements through involvement of other washcoat staff
- Capable of washcoat batching tasks if necessary
- Ensure all customer and internal Quality requirements are met at all times
- Communicate proactively with all other operations departments to make sure they are aware of any useful information that will prevent losses in washcoat or general plant performance
- Ensure high quality of reporting and communication of issues and improvements
- Identify training needs to help improve activities
- Coach and train any improvements to all team members
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification (technical or other similar engineering discipline preferable)
- Strong attention to details
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of chemical processes, especially of washcoat production
- Specialist production training in PGMs production environment
- Time and organisational skills essential
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced complex manufacturing environment
- Good level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Macedonian & English)
Working Hours are from Monday-Friday 08:30- 16:30.
