Procurement Support Specialist

Procurement Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Project tracking
• Suppliers KEY metrics follow up and evolution 
• Communicate with wide range of suppliers
• Communicate predominantly with procurement managers but not limited to
• Report any significant issues with suppliers to managers 
• Supplier research and evaluation
• Comply with ethical standards in performing the purchasing function. 
• Requirements and expectations
• University degree; 
• Experience in the field of procurement for at least 3 years;
• Strong English - Multi lingual is an asset;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel is obligatory;
• Ability to communicate with people on different levels;
• Flexible and adjustable to different situations;
• Developed personal time management skills that requires minimum supervision;
• Self Driven.
