FIT Travel Agent

for our client Talma Travel - a Global, young and leading Tourism company in its field!

The role includes:

• Providing service and support for travel agents around the world and liaising effectively with global suppliers;
• Working independently and as part of a team;
• Quality control tickets issuance and ticketing matching processes;
• Preparing and sending out documentation to customers and suppliers;
• Monitoring deadlines to be met with airlines, ground handlers, clients and various other suppliers and ensuring everything is actioned accordingly;
• Assist with data loading as and when required.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED certificate is required; an associate’s degree in an appropriate field of study (e.g., hospitality, travel) is preferred;
• Fluent in English (both written and oral) essential, Knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
• Experience in Operations within the Travel Industry;
• Organized, accurate and good administrative and numeracy skills;
• High service orientation and excellent human relations;
• The work in a computerized environment includes email response and knowledge of internet, Excel and Word;
• Knowledge/experience in using the GDS (Amadeus) would be an advantage.
