Symphony Solutions in Skopje is currently looking for a Facility Manager for a full-time position who will become a contributor to the business transformation process of the long-term success and growth of the company. 

General requirements and experience needed:

• 2-3 years of experience working in facilities, project management, or office coordination;
• Strong written/oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills;
• Capable of working in a fast-pace environment;
• Scheduling preventative maintenance;
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls; 
• Purchasing necessary equipment and inventory for the office;
• Making sure the office is clean at all times; 
• Logistic support in organizing office events and parties; 
• Taking care of ordering/purchasing office supplies including food;
• Coordinates travel arrangements and handles special equipment requests.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Proficient in business English;
• Strong customer service skills.
