To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Production Leader (m/f)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and drive the production leaders by: Organizing of the working day for all shifts and setting up goals; Daily debriefing of the results for the previous day and defining the needed corrective actions; Regular monitoring and reaction on the KPIs targets (ОЕЕ, Scrap, PPM, KM0, FTQ, FIS reporting)
Responsible for daily follow-up of department activities and KPI results (ОЕЕ, Scrap, PPM, KM0, FTQ, number of repaired parts, scrap from NFR parts, repair efficiency, quality aspect risks, correct repair upload of all parts from all processes - FIS/FVS/MTS), followed by sending daily performance reports and reporting to his superior on daily bases, together with the proposal for corrective actions on the issues
Organizes the team to achieve the defined daily/weekly production plan by controlling: the inventory level of finished goods; the lines capacity and their load; the Material planning and scheduling required volumes; by following the Manufacturing processes and systems; by adjusting the workforce needed to achieve the customer demand
•Organizes his team to respect and practice the manufacturing process guidelines and answer the customer’s requirements (WI, Control plan, JS, DMS procedure, Product changeover, Nonconformity material, Identification and traceability system)
Manage his team to develop their personal motivation and professional growth in order to achieve the goals, has teamwork environment in the department
Develop within his teams the Quality culture necessary to achieve the main goal: 0 KM0, and in-collaboration with the Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing team verifies the control for good quality level products
Is advanced in knowledgeable and uses IPC standards (for acceptance of electronic board production), LEAN methods and Quality tools: 5S, KANBAN, quick CO, Problem Solving method, Standardize work, Root Cause Analyses and others and actively participates in KAIZEN projects
Leads and encourages continuous improvement in the process and shop floor in order to achieve: Cost, expenses and scrap reduction; Efficiency and productivity increasing
Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
Ensure compliance with Customer and ISO Audits
Essential requirements:
University degree in Engineering sciences or 5 years of experience in electronic production position
Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing processes
Knowledge of Manufacturing systems (FIS, KPIs etc..)
Basic knowledge of IPC610 standard (for manufacturing of electronic circuit boards)
Ability to motivate others to attain the department goals. Leading by example. Motivating employees to self-reflection and development progress. Recognizing the potential of employees for long-term career development, even in other positions and agreeing on suitable development methods, even taking into account the input of other departments. Understanding and applying leadership and development tools (e.g. feedback, delegating, training on and off the job).
Excellent PC skills
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Good analytical and problem solving skills
