Luxury Glamping resort offers visitors luxury tents and mobile houses located in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Istra- Croatia. The tents and mobile houses are located in front of the beach of Adriatic sea and visitors can swim or dive, behold the moonlight, the stars, awake with the first ray of sun, enjoy delicious Mediterranean food, relax and escape from reality.

Advertising, Booking and PR Manager – Excellent knowledge of advertising trends, especially in social media, excellent knowledge in on-line booking process and excellent public relations (PR) skills.
 
 
 
 
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Establish and maintain relationships through online advertising, social media, or similar internet channels. Analyze and implement possible new revenue streams and distribution opportunities with channel-specific sites or search engines which support interactive business strategies and tactics. investigate, negotiate, implement, and manage direct distribution agreements and marketing alliances for online sites.
  • Establish other advertising activities using Print, TV, Radio or other mediums
  • Manage ROI and cost of sale metrics for online and search engine marketing and advertising opportunities. Analyze returns to ensure that revenue requirements are being met while staying within the budget. Keep General Manager informed of any major issues or significant changes in metrics.
  • Implement other advertising trends
  • Maintain understanding of current events regarding online advertising, search engine, or related industry and its affiliates. Communicate knowledge of industry landscape to General Manager
  • Manage Campaigns, through media placements and social channel advertising to ensure Glamping resort is getting adequate exposure, while maintaining an effective ROI.
  • Manage the social media platform, track, analyze and report on channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies, tactics, key initiatives, and/or destination sites for the assigned Internet Business channel to generate greater brand awareness and revenue through these systems, including on-line sites and travel related portal such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest; to maximize the strength of Glamping Resort as it relates to specific destination sites. Monitor the effectiveness of sites and user experience to ensure revenue growth.
  • Implement additional creative with landing page content including city related creative and event creative/content.
  • Manage creative assets. Work with internal and external agencies for creative; develop creative that meets needs for campaigns and performance marketing initiatives. Investigate the marketing benefit of various partnership programs, specific travel portals or search engines, current strategic partners, and other applicable companies. Ensure the Company’s properties are included and are linking to the direct brand web sites.
  • Proactively search for possible ways to assist in driving demand to Internet websites
  • Establish and maintain relationships with on-line booking sites.
  •  Analyze and report to the Management of the resort about all the aspects for the resort from on-line booking (incomes, percentage of reservations made throw on-line booking, most used on-line booking channel, commissions for on-line booking and other analyzes regarding on-line booking)
  • Manages all the public relations for the resort with all medias
  • Responsible for official public announces given by the resort officials
 
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Interactive, Marketing or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 year working experience related to position
  • Two foreign language (advantage has a candidate who spoke more foreign language)
 
Work Environment and Context:
  • Occasional travel required – staying on resort location during the summer season
 
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Internet systems, marketing programs, and affiliate networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with marketing affiliates, regional teams, franchisees and hotel owners.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and research abilities. Demonstrated ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions.
  • Experience creating and managing content for owned social channels (Hotels Facebook, Twitter, Instagram pages and blog)
  • Must be knowledgeable about social networks and viral marketing
