Electronics Hardware Engineer (male/female) 

The Kessler group which has its base in Germany has established a company in Macedonia (near to Skopje) for research & development and production of electrical motors, generators and electrical components. Due to the increased activities, the company is looking for employees for the R&D centar , who will be involved in the development of the projects of the company. 

Job description:

• Development of custom embedded solutions for system monitoring and data acquisition in automation industry
• Smart products design for Industry 4.0

 
Experience & Knowledge:

• Knowledge in electronics (digital, analogue and power electronics,) control system theory and automation
• Strong skills in PCB design for various applications (circuit diagram, layout design, documentation, preferred software is Altium Designer)
• Good knowledge in microcontrollers’ architectures, peripherals and working principles
• Experience with hardware assembly, prototyping and SMT soldering
• Experience in writing design documents and test procedures
• Environmental testing and EMC
• Ability to work with software/firmware engineers to design and debug systems

Skills:

• Methodical approach to problem solving 
•  Capable of driving ideas/projects forward.
• Able to work effectively to meet agreed timescales having considered and planned the project activities
• Ability to combine mechanical and electrical aspects
• Technical writing skills
• Good language skills in English or German

 
Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant subject (Electronics/Science/Engineering or equivalent)
