In order to strengthen our capacities in Internal Audit Department, ProCredit Bank Macedonia is seeking to hire a dedicated, responsible and qualified applicant for the following position: 
 
Head of Internal Audit Department
 
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • To organize, coordinate and supervise internal audit department's activities;
  • To adhere to the banks corporate values;
  • To develop the employees' skills and professionalism through personal guidance and coaching;
  • To develop a risk based annual audit plan and to ensure its proper and timely implementation;
  • To lead audit teams, to develop audit scopes and objectives, to perform fieldwork and report in different audit engagements; 
  • To ensure the quality of internal audit engagements and high documentation and reporting standards;
  • To ensure effective discussions and communication inside the team as well as with the audited party and advise on appropriate action to improve the control environment whenever necessary;
  • To report to the Audit Committee, Supervisory Board, Management and Regulatory Bodies;
 
Key requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking or other relevant educational backgrounds;
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Attending the ProCredit Management Academy course in Germany; for more details on the course please refer to our website www.procredit-holding.com
  • Profound knowledge of IIA standards and banking regulations;
  • Very good understanding of internal controls and related risks;
  • Excellent managerial, communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills;
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner;
  • Independent working style with careful attention to details;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines;
  • Fluent knowledge in English;
  • In addition to the technical requirements, it is important to us that you identify with the goals and ethical principles of our company;
  • Flexible  to travel;
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office
