To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Customer Order Processing Analyst (m/f)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives, validates, processes and executes incoming customer orders and order changes for all business segments
Execution of all aspects of the order process including communicating with the customers to ensure fulfillment, verifying shipments, invoicing, and collections
Serves as the main point of contact for our customers
Supports Customer Focus by effectively resolving emergency situations regarding customer orders due to insufficient inventory, system errors, delays in production, and warehouse or carrier issues
Negotiates schedule changes with customers as required
Records customer complaints for assigned customer accounts and submits trending information
Works with appropriate departments to implement actions that will eliminate or reduce the issue
Possesses extensive knowledge of products and their applications and recognizes opportunities to better serve our customers
Accurate and efficient order entry of purchase order, product and pricing information using SAP system
Provide order status information to customer upon request
Address order entry errors in a timely manner
Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date
Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays
Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date
Reviews orders for accuracy and completion
All steps and procedures are done in accordance with Company procedures
Provides customer reports/presentations
Exceptions to regular order process are documented in the notes section of SAP
Essential requirements:
Up to 2 year experience in Customer Order Services
English reading and writing is obligatory, German preferred
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft package for windows environment
Ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems
Able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and customers
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
Must have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, professional presence, and proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships
