Material Requirement Planning Control Analyst

• Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for direct material, and manages approval process
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers
• Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers (Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Manufacturing Engineering, Production control and Logistics)
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies 
• Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base
• Manages the inventory level of direct material and forecasts the future level Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays

• Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office
• Faculty degree in Economics or Technical studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production plant, logistics and planning 
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Ability to conduct analyzes and solve problems
• Able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and suppliers
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation skills, professional presence, and proven track record of establishing and maintaining supplier relationships
