SYSTEM TECHNICIAN

SKILLS: 

• Fair knowledge of English and Macedonian 
• Level of knowledge: 
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
• (Gain certificates in above categories is an advantage, but we would be satisfied if the candidate would have level of knowledge that covered all the areas in the mentioned categories. Any additional IT certificate would be taken in consideration)

• Optimistic approach during work with different clients and outsourcers in multitasking environment

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First level support for all aviation systems that candidate will be trained for
• Troubleshoot all technology issues
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Install work stations, connect and set up hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Maintain current hardware and software (printers, PC etc.)
• Support end users (word, excel etc.)
• Network implementation and assistance, PBX knowledge, Cat3 \ Cat6 (telephone block, patching, splicing)
• Performs other duties and obligations at request of his/her Superior
