Department:Production

Reports to : Production Manager

Location:Prilep

Scope of Position

To plan, organise, direct and control all operations within the Production department in line with Gentherm’s policies and objectives and achieve set quality, performance, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities (Insert key responsibilities of the position)

To oversee the preparation and distribution of work orders to factory operations ,schedule factory operations and ensure proper work flow at the plant
To ensure people, plant and materials are deployed effectively to meet delivery dates and quality standards
To manage the introduction of new production lines while maintaining regular schedules of current products
To co-ordinate the work, and to direct and assist shift leaders in solving day-to-day problems
To train and appraise the performance of production employees
To work closely with all the departments involved with Production to maintain schedules and effect changes and revisions
To manage the distribution of materials for production
To report on problems and activities undertaken within the Production department
