Reports to: Logistics Order Centre Manager
Functions, duties, scope of responsibility and competence for the position:
- Harmonizing the production plan according to the orders of customers and GENTHERM, according to the technical opportunities.
- Providing the in-time delivery of the products and materials.
Professional tasks, development, for example:
- Organization of harmonizing of customer orders’ checkings.
- Constant check and analysis of processes and errors, working out of plans as to the errors correction.
- Constant minimization of productive and ready-made goods’ staff, maximization of the transportation reliability.
- Providing the products movement among the enterprises.
- Checking of the inner material processes, their optimization.
- Defining of the production lines efficiency.
Rules for the position, after the basic training of W.E.T. Academy:
- Following the labour safety instructions.
- Following the rules of safety.
Quality management:
- Errors’ analysis, working out of the methods for their removal.
Tasks for the products’ delivery:
- Planning and forming of the ready-made goods for the delivery.
Selection of the new employees, their training, re-training:
- Participation in the training of the new employee.
Controlling and fulfilling of the tasks:
- Errors’ analysis, working out of the methods for their removal.
- Reporting on the fulfilment of the set tasks.
Communicative duties, cooperation.
Compliance documentation of environmental management.
