To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Change implementation Analyst (m/f)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduction of new raw material/packaging in the plant
- Introduction of new finish goods in the plant
- Liaison with Product readiness leader in terms of coordination of Product Validations
- Ensures material and packaging availability for all product validations in the plant
- Actively participates on the weekly Change management meetings with Manufacturing engineering
- Leads the process of balance out of both raw material and finished goods
- Ensures availability of process material for the plant
- Maintains the stock level of the process material
- Ensures packaging material for all products in the plant
- Plans the requirements and maintains the stock level of all types of packaging in the plant
- Main point of contact with all customers regarding the flow of the packaging from and to the customer through the external warehouse in Germany
- Reports the level of obsolescence and potential obsolescence in the plant
- Develops an action plan to reduce the potential obsolescence in the plant
- Creates tickets in case of need for SAP BOM (Bill of material) changes
- Provides information to all competencies in Logistics department whenever a BOM change occurs so that they take the appropriate actions
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Economics or Technical studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and change implementation systems
- Knowledge of SAP systems, Logistics software programs and excellent MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of production planning
- Excellent knowledge of English
