Following the successful start-up of the Macedonian Plant in Ohrid we are looking for a HR Manager to lend our HR team.
 
The ideal candidates will have relevant University Degree in Law, Economics or equivalent, with minimum 5 years Human Reassures demonstrable previous Labour law experience, working in HR in international companies with over 500 employees. The HR Manager reports to the Local General Manager and to Global HR Director Automotive Systems.
 
 
In addition, candidates should also ideally, have the following:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to find compromises, build effective working relationships and to influence at all levels, attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines 
  • Team player, proactive, well-motivated
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP HR
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, Access, E-Mail - Outlook skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English, knowledge of German Language will be considered as advantage
 
Position requirements will include: 
  • Professional advice in legal and especially labour law and single contact for all HR issues for General Manager and Management Team 
  • Ensure correct salary payroll, absence and personal data in SAP HR
  • Ensures employment procedure prescribed by Law is fulfilled for local as well as Expat employees.
  • Ensure leavers’ administration is carried out where appropriate
  • Implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives like e.g. Global Talent and Succession Management
  • Ensure employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner. 
  • Coaching of Management Team
  • Support of local Impact’s in close relationship with the Expat team in the global HQ
  • Develop recruiting strategy (incl. adverts, Head-hunter, Internet LinkedIn, Portals) to ensure hiring in time line
  • Standardize employment contracts and appendixes to the contracts in line with local legislation and common practice
  • Develop and track local HR KPI’s 
  • Implementation of a local HR Controlling in close cooperation with the local Controlling department (HR statistics, HR reports, Cost Center reports, etc.)
  • HR Projects in line with business and corporate requirements
