As we continue to build our Planning team, we are looking to recruit a Planning Administrator to join our team in Skopje. The role provides an exciting opportunity for strong personal and professional growth and development by working in a highly dynamic business environment. The main purpose of the role will be to provide planning and purchasing of materials, stock management and optimisation and compliant supply chain processes implementation.

Key responsibilities

To control ordering process for materials and plan purchasing with accordance with demand;
To be able to manage supplier’s relationships and negotiate lead times, delivery dates and delivery terms;
To escalate internally and externally (Regional Team) for all potential delivery issues which may have impact on the efficiency of production and customer satisfaction;
To be aware of potential obsolescence risk for materials and finish goods and to manage stock levels accordingly through reducing stock levels by closely monitoring demand for finish goods, observing sales trends and analysing weekly consumption from material perspective;
To ensure timely delivery for raw materials in accordance to production needs;
Coordination with Master Data team for maintaining up to date materials planning database in SAP ERP system
To constantly work towards creating and maintaining planning standards, to search for improvement and drive the process towards automated planning and ordering system on their own initiative;

Are you the ideal candidate?

University degree in Economics or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 1-year experience in the area of Materials Planning and Purchasing
Ability to understand core principles of planning and supply-chain management
High attention to details and strong numerical and analytical skills
Proactive, self-motivated individual with a good sense of priorities
Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
Excellent abilities in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and drive the process towards improvement
Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
