Following the successful start-up of the Macedonian Plant in Ohrid we are looking for a Sales Planning to lend our Operations Logistic team.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, duties will include but not limited to preparation and coordination of the daily and weekly sales plan as well as the long term planning and monitoring of the customer call-off. In addition, the position requires direct daily coordination with the customer, daily monitoring of the customer call-off, planning and control of the delivery to the customer, liaison and coordination primary with the plant Production Planning department as well as WHS, Transport and Customs departments, focusing on preparation, familiarization and realization of the daily/ weekly sales plan, according customer requirements to ensure fulfilment of the customer call-off and plant sales plan while maintaining optimal production planning and levelled production, optimal stocks level for finished goods in line with production line capacity and sales planning.
Ideally, candidates will have relevant University Degree in Logistics/ Sales or Production Planning & Control/, Engineering, or Economics area / Business Studies/ or Mathematics and IT technology.
In addition, candidates should also ideally, have the following:
- Ability to analyse detailed sales and production plans attention to numerate detail
- Understanding of MRP/ERP (Material Resources Planning) and/ or Production Planning and Sales and Delivery Control Planning experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or Other ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a business-to-business environment
- Ability to follow and comply with instructions given by the superior
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Organizational and Team management skills
- Team player, Proactive, Well motivated
- Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, Access, E-Mail - Outlook skills including the ability to program with macros (VBA)
- Knowledge of German Language will be considered as advantage
