Office Hours: 09.00 -17.00 (Monday to Friday)

Clikdaq provides data, marketing and development services to UK clients Digital Adventures (DA) Tau Marketing Services (TMS). Clikdaq supports its UK client’s operations in the affiliate marketing and gaming marketplaces using cutting edge software and the latest data, analysis and campaign management techniques. This makes Clikdaq a leading digital company within Macedonia.
 
Clikdaq is undergoing a rapid expansion. The company currently has 28 employees and 5 vacancies opened.
 
 
Job Description
The Affiliate Executive will work closely with the Affiliate manager and be responsible for the sustained growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns, playing a key role in the development of integrated multi-platform campaigns.
 
The successful candidate will plan, deliver and evaluate all affiliate marketing activity across a suite of online slots and bingo products.
 
Applicants must be passionate about digital marketing and have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scale, optimise and maintain innovative market leading campaigns ensuring delivery meets all KPI’s. 
  • Develop and pro-actively manage a portfolio of existing partners.
  • Review and negotiate new and existing commercial agreements.
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners.
  • Complete regular industry and competitor research in the quest to achieve a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all affiliate activity is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to monitor ROI.
  • Responsible for delivering clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material.
  • Assist the Head of Affiliates in managing the affiliate and partnership budget, deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel.
  • Work closely with the wider acquisition team to develop the overall marketing strategy.
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing industry, terminology, and media channels
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business and work closely with other team members.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify, establish and nurture long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts/relationships/tasks concurrently
  • A creative and logical thinker with first class attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Passion for digital marketing and interest in staying updated on current trends
  • Interest in the online gaming industry is essential, previous knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or e-marketing is a plus (0-1 years experience) or a Bachellor's degree in marketing or e-business
  • Experience in forecasting and budget management is a plus.
