Our new Baumer production plant is being built in Skopje, Macedonia. For the ramp-up and future profitable growth of this brand new plant we are looking for:
Intracompany Logistics (m/f) Baumer Macedonia
Your challenge:
- Receipt goods and deliver the material to the incoming material inspection (IMI)
- Unpacking, repacking, and checking of the delivery note (material number & quantity) with the goods actually delivered
- Label the material (with the internally standardized labels and information)
- Consolidation on material station
- Inventory taking
- Booking of all stock changes ex. production orders
- Preparation for production order and shipping package
- Prepare material as defined on the production order and under consideration of deadlines
- Material withdrawal from the warehouse in accordance with the storage location and quantities defined on the production order
- Preparation of the equipped production order at the logistic station
- Store material in accordance with stock requirements (defined on the put away list (storage location & bin)
- Following FIFO principles
- Management of shipping line and ensuring deliveries are shipped as scheduled
- Understanding of customs procedures in the TIRZ zone would be an advantage
Qualifications and Expertise:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain operations in an international company
- ERP system knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, raw materials, quality systems and standards, process improvement techniques, solid computer skills
