H4 is a fast growing financial technology company headquartered in London with offices in Skopje and New York. We are developing a web-based document collaboration platform intended for the legal and financial industries. We have grown significantly in the last year and are now looking to bring in a Corporate IT specialist.
Our approach to Corporate IT
From a Corporate IT perspective, employees expect to have a high degree of flexibility and mobility and users have various preferences for the technology they use as endpoint devices. To provide such systems and services, our Corporate IT is developed in a way to have self-hosted systems in the cloud or to use Software as a Service. Overall we strive to implement the ideas and principles of the BeyondCorp model.
How we work
As a technology company, engineers are a key driving force behind many of our processes. However, with our market being large financial institutions, we also have a strong team of bankers and lawyers, operating out of London and New York. Openness, directness and teamwork are key to making it work. We value ideas based on merit and we expect everyone to make contributions.

Corporate IT Specialist
Position description
This Corporate IT role is a combination of maintenance and monitoring of internal IT systems and the implementation of new projects.
Day to day specifics include:
- Ensuring the implementation of corporate IT policies and procedures;
- Continuous monitoring, maintenance and improvement of corporate IT infrastructure, including network (wired and wireless) in H4 offices;
- On-going maintenance of corporate IT systems (e.g. G Suite, Salesforce, Slack), including network infrastructure, audio and video conferencing systems;
- Being responsible for setup and configuration of corporate endpoints;
- Being part of project teams implementing new systems;
- These systems are focused on the improvement of employee efficiency;
- Global initiatives for Skopje, New York and London.
Candidate requirements
- Communication - conscientious of others and is able to foster strong day to day relationships with a variety of internal teams;
- Deep knowledge of heterogeneous infrastructure configurations;
- Experience working in a corporate environment - particularly help desks and system administration;
- Experience with cloud services and usage of Software as a service;
- Experience with ticketing systems and other systems to improve IT processes;
- Prioritisation - use systematic thinking to manage multiple tasks at once;
- Strong desire to learn and constantly improve.
Technical knowledge in following areas:
- Linux, Mac and Windows based client operating systems;
- Active directory, Group policy (or similar);
- Amazon Web Services basic knowledge;
- Management of GSuite applications and services;
- Use of APIs and “infrastructure as code” tool.
