Call Center Agents - English language
What you will do:
- Make outbound calls to individual clients
- Build excellent rapport & confidence with all clients while identifying their needs
- Negotiate client’s requests
- Meet and exceed individual quotas, KPIs and all performance metrics
- Enter data from clients into various software programs
- Participate in additional training courses when needed
- Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
What you will bring:
- Must be fluent in English
- No previous experience is required (training is provided)
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while being assumptive and assertive in closing
- Must have a keen sense of attention to detail & taking the initiative
- Possess a high level of Professionalism
- Computer literacy
