- Lead business with in-depth understanding of financial data, IT and infrastructure;
- Coaching on various analysis output to top and middle management and follow-up business model changes;
- Lead and manage Customer service, Debt collection, Security, System and IT, Finance and Business analyst, ensuring software tools, hardware tools and systems are in working condition all time and as per company security standards;
- Ability to build strong teams on a very short notice and ability to find and motivate talented people in key roles and middle management;
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability;
- Streamline current products and support processes and ensure all of them are efficient and profitable;
- Grow Sales, Revenues, Loan portfolio by at least 200-300% YoY in 2020, and 50-100% YoY in 2021;
