The company Cranfield Foundry near Probishtip is committed to becoming a modern and reliable manufacturer of high-quality iron castings. For our foundry near Probishtip, we search for people who want to work in a place that would be more than just a source of income for them. We are currently looking for:
TOTAL QUALITY LEADER
Main responsibilities:
- Implement ISO 9001 certification
- Prevention, resolution and detection of Crticial-To-Quality process step (technology) non-conformities;
- Continuously improve processes in his/her area of responsibility;
- Define and execute Total Quality Management activities at plant level;
- Prepare quality reports according to the internal and Customers' demands;
- Cooperate with Value Engineer and MTL to understand and fulfil CF quality requirements
- Coordinate structured problem-solving initiatives (PDCA, 8D, A3, etc.) - participate in Quality and Problem Solving Meetings
- Responsible for internal auditing, customer audits and third-party audits;
- Continuously develop CF Quality System
- Performing all other work-related duties and tasks as given by his/her supervisor/s
Skills and qualifications:
- Education: University degree in an Engineering discipline
- At least five years of hands on experience leading quality function team
- Good understanding of Total Quality Management tools and practices
- Statistics know-how - SPC, control charts, etc. Basics of six-sigma.
- Fluent English (working language) / German would be good (communication with customers)
- Must have ISO 9001 implementation experience
- Must have experience from Western European production company - preferable automotive (Quality Tools)
