Sales and Partnership Manager
Outcomes to succeed in this role:
- Ability to build strong growth teams on a very short notice and ability to find and motivate really talented people;
- Grow sales and loan portfolio by focus and acquisition of new clients as per Company KPIs set;
- Lead and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking goals, individual sales targets, coaching and facilitating ongoing trainings for employees in the team;
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Follow closely and implement internally latest sales innovations from the industry and regions;
- Successfully research and understand People's buying patterns and trends;

Areas of Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify new products and market shifts while being fully aware of existing products and competition status.
The Ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Attention to detail and high curiosity personality, asking great questions and listening to answers received intently;
- Experience in forecasting and setting realistic expectations;
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager or similar management position;
- Proven ability to update sales processes in order to meet or exceed set targets;
- Strong business sense and data driven decision personality;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Logical thinking and curiosity to explore beyond regular;
- Self-initiative and hands-on-approach;
- Industry expertise is advantage.
