Job description
- Serving food and beverages in food service establishments
- Communication with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensuring quality and quick service of guests
- Organizing tables and taking orders
- Setting tables in the restaurant
- Tending to the wishes and needs of the guests
- Preparation and final works in a restaurant
- Keeping equipment, inventory, and premises clean
Requirements
- Professional qualification: skilled worker / hospitality high school graduate (specialisation: server) are preferable
- Foreign languages: active knowledge of at least two foreign languages (English as the primary language, German and Italian as secondary languages)
- Punctuality and tidiness
- Knowledge of wines, a variety of cocktails and bar tending preferable
- Work experience: at least two years
