THT/ASSY Engineer (m/f)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for: setup; installation; maintenance and optimization  for all machines & processes to THT / ASSY (Through-hole technology)/ (Assembly) - (coating, dispensing, stitching, screwing, selective soldering, de-paneling)
• Responsible for new machines/ tooling & technologies for THT / ASSY
• Ensuring capability and repeatability studies for  THT / ASSY 
• Responsible for strain measurement reports for machines of THT / ASSY processes 
• Responsible for tracking, maintain and follow up on reflow profiles of selective soldering machines according  CSR (Customer specific requirements) and product /component requirements
• Continuous Improvements, Best business practices, Lean & Kaizen activities for THT
• Follow the APTIV Manufacturing procedures 
• Maintain all necessary documentation of THT/ASST processes 

Essential requirements:

• University degree preferable in Electrical or Mechanical Faculty
• Willingness to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel when required
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
