What skills are needed to join?
- You have experience in a similar training role.
- You have an advanced level of German in spoken and written.
- You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written.
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
- You have transfer knowledge (teaching) soft skills.
What you need to do?
- As a Trainer you will support Operations in developing the knowledge and skills of the team in order of delivering the job.
- Preparation and delivery of effective Training whilst also following up and reporting on the learning you have transferred.
- Adapt approach to suit the group and individuals.
- Stay closely involved with operations.
