IT Help Desk – Level 1

Requirements:
- Minimum High School degree in IT Sector, BA in IT sector desirable.
- Intermittent English Language skills.
- 1-3 IT Support Experience.
- Very tech savvy with strong computer skills.
- Can be friendly, warm, intuitive, and interactive with clients and customers.
- Must be proactive, resourceful and a good communicator.
- Pay attention to detail.
Position Details:
- This is a work from home role and open to anyone throughout Macedonia.
- A quiet and uninterrupted place of work is absolutely required.
- Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
➢ Ticketing hand off
➢ Support users with issues
➢ Printing
➢ Application issues
➢ Connectivity issues – VPN
➢ Training Users
➢ Microsoft Office support
➢ Upgrades – Application Installation
