Your Tasks

• Coordinate and take care of all release activities
• Decide on scope & timeline of releases in coordination with all stakeholders, communicate this to all relevant stakeholders
• Analyze and manage dependencies and risks
• Demand / track delivery objects and ensure a timely implementation of the release content
• Sign off releases for test and live environments
• Manage and control the release and deployment process and continuously improve this process
• Create release documentation, keep proper documentation about the processes, tools and guidelines

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent education (preferably in computer science)
• 2-5 years of working experience as a release or change manager or IT project manager
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, software development processes, build and release processes, continuous delivery and state of the art tooling
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills, energetic and positive
• Very good verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to work effectively across various organizations and locations
• High quality awareness and commitment
• Independent, self-organized, reliable and with a strong sense of commitment
• Good trouble-shooter, creative and pragmatic problem solver
• Structured and analytical mindset
