We are expanding our team by looking for a:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Teleperformance Skopje
Start Date: October / November 2020
Tasks:
- Taking care of the commercial, technical and infrastructural management of the Teleperformance branches in the facility area
- Examination of the profitability of the Teleperformance branches
- Organization of maintenance and repair measures
- Negotiations with service providers, suppliers, owners, landlords and partners
- Examination of optimization possibilities based on different aspects
- Risk management
- Requirement profile:
The profile we are looking for:
- Knowledge of facility management
- Skills: negotiating skills and cooperative communication style
- Hands-on experience in maintenance
- Problem-solving orientation
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of German Language is an advantage
