- Position: Customer Service Agents (German & English)

What skills are needed to join?
- You have an advanced level of German in spoken and written
- You have a good understanding of English language
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use
- You like communicating on the phone
No experience? No worries! We will train you in our most professional trainings provided by our international team.
What you need to do?
- Supports and advises clients by answering their questions over the phone
- Informs and advises on products and services
- Answers calls and e-mail for the client
- Clearly identifies customer concerns and offers acceptable solutions
- Manage and document actions and processes in the software
