Robots Maintenance Technician
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
- Test performance of robotic assemblies, using instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, or bridges.
- Install, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, or conveyors.
- Install new robotic systems.
- Modify computer-controlled robot movements.
- Document robotics test procedures and results.
- Maintain service records of robotic equipment or automated production systems.
- Maintain equipment to ensure machines produce quality parts
- Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems and automated material handling systems or components.
- Assisting in the implementation of continuous improvement activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- 5 years of experience in Automated Systems and Controls (аdditional experience may be substituted for education and vice versa).
