For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
PRODUCTION PLANNER
Responsibilities:
- Prepares daily/weekly/monthly production plan and ensures that each production line is planned effective by materials and available / future manpower request
- Responsible for the capacity plan, material availability and the continuous tracking of the daily output
- Tracks production related KPI´s such as efficiency and down times of the lines
- Maintaining an optimal level of inventory in terms of production line capacity and planned sales
- Ensures the production starts/ends on time
- Leads the daily shopfloor meeting with all production related departments
- Plans, schedules and monitors material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations
- Assist purchasing in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries
- Tracks down and report on material shortages and provide immediate resolution
- Monitors inventory status
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in technical related field
- 3+ years work experience in similar function ideally in the field of commercial vehicle industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
- Experienced with ERP-Systems in storage balancing (Knowledge of SAP R/3)
- Good English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to work in team, Individual initiative and flexibility
- Organizational skills are a must
