About You
As a Pabau Onboarding Specialist, you will be tasked with teaching our customers how to use our top-notch software solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service, great communication skills, a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic, superb motivation and plenty of patience.
Having technical knowledge (Excel) is one thing, but being able to balance the technical aspects with the customer relationship skills is what is required the most.
Onboarding Specialist
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer relationship experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
- Be able to work with the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Be ready to learn a clinic management software inside and out and then explain the features to clinic owners and doctors.
- You have very strong relationship skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience in Excel Spreadsheets.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
