Job Description
As a Pabau Software Trainer you will be tasked with teaching our customers how to use our top-notch software solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service, great communication skills, a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic, superb motivation and plenty of patience.

- You are a strong communicator, and are comfortable presenting to large groups as well as one on one.
- You have excellent organizational skills, and keep presentations and documents up to date.
- You are able to measure how well information is being absorbed, and adapt to the situation.
- You can wear many hats and have a strong desire to learn.
- You have a patient and friendly approach to learning.
- You have excellent spoken and written English
What you'll be responsible for:
- Become a specialist of the product
- Provide advanced and basic training services to Pabau’s users
- Deliver high quality training with a focus on consistency, via virtual meetings
- Conduct engaging and informative training webinars including creating appropriate content, and maintaining an up to date library of resources.
- Amend and create teaching materials
- Making sure to answer all questions and keep in touch with the users if needed
