Baumer production plant in Skopje Macedonia is starting with setting up of the R&D center which will be an extended arm of the R&D centers within the Baumer Group, working on various topics.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our PCB designer team.
PCB Layout Engineer Baumer Macedonia
The primary responsibilities will include working side by side with R&D and Manufacturing to create, optimize the design or modify printed circuit board (PCB) layouts and to release the layouts for prototyping and production.
Key Qualifications/Responsibilities:

- Development of PCBs according to the requirements in consultation with the relevant departments /R&D, Industrial Engineering)
- Preparation of technical documents and manufacturing data
- Selection of suitable technologies and the appropriate suppliers
- Project planning by creating and monitoring schedules for PCB development
- Maintenance of the component library and creation of components for use in schematics and layouts
- Solid understanding of printed board design (PCB) layout, process and IPC Standards
- Experience in Altium Designer PCB
- Experience in Zuken CR-5000 is an advantage
Additional Qualifications and Expertise:
- Bachelor or Masters in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in R&D in PCB area
- Outstanding customer orientation and quality, process and cost thinking
- Tactful and with social skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
