Office and HR Administrator
The Office and HR Administrator will perform office and HR administration together with procedures to ensure compliance and safety. The Office and HR Administrator will be responsible for streamlining administrative and HR processes.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
- Perform office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Support of bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain HR records and databases with personnel, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Prepare timely financial reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office/HR administration role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- English on a business proficient level.
