Office Accounting and Administrative Support
 
Labena is a well-established company with 25 years of experience in technological solutions for laboratory and process analytics. Our main activities are technological solutions in the field of laboratory analytics in the pharmaceutical and food industries, where we cooperate with the world's most reliable companies. The goal of our company is to remain successful and well-known in the field of solutions and procurement of high-tech laboratory and process equipment and to invest in training and applications in all necessary areas of food industries. We work in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Albania. 
 
Job description: Support to sales and to other colleagues, Public bids and Tenders, Administration, Delivery of goods, Import and Export of goods, Pro forma invoices, Invoices
 
LOCATION: SKOPJE
 
Business tasks:
  • Work: 8 hours a day 
  • Office work 95% 
  • Work outside the office 5% 
  • Active and up-to-date support to professional associates
  • Cooperation with superiors and colleagues in other countries 
  • Active use of ERP program for Company support
  • Invoicing to customers according to contracts, pro forma invoices,  reports 
  • Experience in preparing documents for tender application, monitoring and tender submission
  • Preparation for shipments / deliveries of goods to customers, as well as the shipment to customers or sending by courier
  • Company warehouse management and stock status 
  • Import and export of goods in accordance with the company's procedures
  • Organization of seminars and technical assistance to the team regarding the implementation  procedures
  • Responding to inquiries arriving by mail or telephone or directly to urgent inquiries forwarded by a field salesman 
  • High level of communication skills to customers 
  • Regular and active reporting on completed tasks and activities within the office
  • Help in the office ( Taking responsibility for office work )
  • Readiness for professional development (Learning professional things) in all areas of sales of business interest
  • Other jobs required for continuous work in the work organization
  • Active use of written and spoken English

Desirable qualifications: 
  • Higher or higher education, economics, administration, accounting, etc. 
  • Minimum 5 years of work in the SAME or similar field (CV with less work experience will not be considered) 
  • Active use of written and spoken English
