We are currently registering our branch/subsidiary in North Macedonia Skopje 1 free zone.
As a small and multidisciplinary professional services and consulting group, present in 7 countries by direct offices and in over 40 by a correspondents network/supply chain, we offer a term full time employment contract until 31/12/2021, with high possibilities of confirmation for an undetermined term.
Learning and using accountancy/payroll software in Italian/ English related to accountancy in Italy/Switzerland/UK/Macedonia/Kosovo;
Checking and reconciling payments towards public offices;
Keeping e-mail correspondence with public offices concerning due payments, penalties, possible adjustments;
Use of internal Microsoft database to store properly documents and chasing in some cases Clients to obtain timely documents necessary to respect corporate, accountancy and tax duties of the companies;
Preparation of periodic/monthly accountancy reports by exports from accountancy software, customizations in Excel, possible translation and reconciliations;
Possible direct contact, on demand and management authorization, with public or private entities for accountancy reasons;
Possible assistance to external auditors providing required documents/clarifications for the annual audits;
Prepare and review customized management reports on demand, upon appropriate training and aside work;
Administration of a timely and perfect documents scanning and storage, in compliance with received written and verbal instruction and company policy;
Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures, should any evidence or risk of problems arise;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
3 years or more of related experience required. Required Skills/Abilities/Availability:
Excellent administrative and accountancy skills;
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Necessary fluent knowledge of the Italian language;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Welcome experience in any structured accountancy software;
Availability to travel for training in sessions of 2 weeks to Italy/Switzerland for several months until completion.
