TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects; preferably in North Macedonia Public Projects
Knowledge of MS Office Applications and AutoCAD
Having analytical thinking skills, successful in problem solving
Good command of reading, writing and understanding English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review thoroughly the entire document set for Public Projects and highlight the missing documents, risks, and conflicts
Reviewing and Evaluating Sub-Contractor offers and reporting to management
Preparing Sub-Contractor Agreements and managing correspondences between the Contractor and Sub-Contractor
Reviewing and finalizing Sub-Contractor IPCs’
Involving the budget and planning studies of the project
