FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking and control of invoices
- Verifying and properly recording purchases and expenses in local system
- Processing of payment of invoices ensuring that they are paid accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and policies
- Booking bank statements
- Processing of cash receipts, recording of revenues and receivables and work closely with Sales and other departments to ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled
- Processing of monthly accruals and fixed asset depreciation on monthly basis
- Timely monthly close of company books for management reporting purpose
- Assist in year-end asset counting and preparation of necessary documentation for recording differences as per year-end asset counting.
- Ensures that financial statements and records comply with local laws and regulations
- Tax compliance and declaration (VAT, income taxation, TP documentation) ensuring accurate computation and promptly payment of taxes
- Other authority reporting related to financial information
- Keeping up to date on changes in accounting, tax and work legislation
- Assistance in performing of general administrative tasks and performance of all other tasks required by direct line manager, in accordance with law
- Lead the audit process for year end reports, communicate with auditors and coordinate the local team

Education Level:
- University degree mandatory: Economy / finance / accounting
Special skills & Training:
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience of SAP advantageous
- Exemplary interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of commodities in area of specialization
- Fluent English
- Excellent office computer skills and knowledge of excel
- Accounting license preferred but not mandatory
