Production Secretary (m/f)
In order to support the Production department at our factory in Kumanovo, we are looking for Production Secretary who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines
- Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines
- Arrange, prepare and track appointments
- Carry out simple administrative tasks according to guidelines e.g. organizing files
- Keeping and controlling of the personnel files, list of employees, planning list and other personnel lists and records particularly processing the personnel measures in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
- Preparation of documents for personnel requisition, personnel redeployment and salary bracket changes
Profile:
- Completed Secondary Education
- Excellent knowledge of English or German
- Excellent PC skills - MS Office, Adobe, MS Project, advanced Access
- Willingness to learn
- Analytical skills
- Personal initiative
